INDUSTRIAL parks in Portsmouth have formed part of a huge commercial property sale.

Commercial property firm Lambert Smith Hampton worked on the £80m sale of SEGRO property in the south east and midlands to Threadneedle.

The portfolio includes Railway Triangle, Voyager Park and Mitchell Way industrial estates in Portsmouth.

Jerry Vigus, director in LSH’s south coast capital markets team, said: ‘Our knowledge of the industrial and investment markets across the UK meant that we could provide thorough evaluations of all of the estates.

‘We were approached by Threadneedle at an early stage to provide detailed occupier advice.

‘Our work with SEGRO on its Portsmouth estates for more than 20 years put is in the best position to advise on Railway Triangle, Voyager Park and Mitchell Way.

Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed alongside LSH throughout the project, while CBRE represented SEGRO. LSH’s agency team is now retained to market available space on the Portsmouth schemes.
