WELFARE in Bolivia is the subject of a public talk on Thursday at the Fratton Community Centre.

Titled ‘World Vision in Bolivia – making a difference on 75p per day’, it will be led by Sue Tinney.

She said: ‘I will demonstrate how World Vision addresses problems faced by Bolivians, for example in education, farming and food security.’

The talk will start at 6.30pm and costs £2.
