A START-UP recruitment firm is hoping to make a splash in the emerging digital marketing and technology sectors.

New Whiteley-based company Solve Recruitment is being led by directors Sarah Davis and Matt Roach, who between them have more than 14 years recruitment experience.

Mr Roach said: ‘We believe we are entering the market at just the right time.

‘Due to the use of social media, tablets and smartphones the way in which companies engage and do business is changing.

‘As a result there has been an increased focus on digital marketing and investment in technology. ‘

The business is finding new staff in five areas: creative, technology, sales, marketing and executive.

Miss Davis said: ‘Solve is about partnerships.’

‘We partner with our clients and act as an extension of their business; working alongside them to build them the best team.’
