FIRMS in the south east are reporting the lowest levels of ‘business distress’ in the country, according to new research.

The Southern Committee of R3, which brings together insolvency practitioners from accountancy, legal and recovery firms, said nine per cent of businesses reported at least one sign of ‘business distress’, compared to 18 per cent across the UK.
