AN INDUSTRIAL unit in Fareham has been let to a rubber roofing company.

Acting on behalf of Cheshire County Council Pension Fund, Hellier Langston has let the 4,575 sq ft Unit E1 at Fort Wallington Industrial Estate, to roofing suppliers Permaroof South.

It is a 10-year lease, at £5 per square foot.

Permaroof has established itself as a leading supplier of rubber flat roof systems and the new unit will allow it to continue its expansion.

It will also give a base to provide additional support and training in the installation of its products.

Andy Hellier, of Hellier Langston, said: ‘Given its close proximity to the south coast motorway network, Fort Wallington has always been popular location for industrial occupiers.’

Lambert Smith Hampton acted as joint agents.
