The new superstore is on site of the old Caetano coach factory and Sprint Print in Aston Road.

A six-pump petrol filling station has been built on the site of the former Household Waste Recycling Plant.

The development also includes a new pedestrian ramp linking the retail park to Maurepas Way and the rest of the town centre.

Developers have also re-configured the junction between Aston Road and the B2150.

The store has a sales area of 45,000 square feet, a cafe and is expected to create up to 300 local jobs.
