A SHOP that specialises in mobility aids is holding a Christmas party to thank its customers.

The event is at Solent Mobility, in High Street, Lee-on-the-Solent, on Monday from 11am to 3pm.

There will be mulled wine and mince pies, plus a raffle with a chance to win a hamper of goodies.

Director Debbie Watts said: ‘It’s our way of saying a big thank you to our customers for their custom through the year and, of course, a great way to get people together.

‘At this time of year we tend to spend a lot of time indoors and many people live alone, so it’s good for them to come along and have a chat to others and catch-up with neighbours and friends in a safe and warm environment.

‘Our customers often comment that it’s lovely to come and sit in the showroom on the comfy chairs and chat to people.

‘We like to be able to offer a very personal service here and find out their wants and needs to provide the stock that’s relevant and useful for them in their everyday lives.’
