SISTERS Joanne Leadbetter and Lorna Leadbetter-Caddoo have taken over a well-established coffee shop in Port Solent.

They now run La Cuisine, after previous owners Mike and Fenner Boys left after 16 years.

The sisters plan to put their own stamp on the coffee shop with a make-over, and will keep the popular menu favourites.

Lorna said: ‘Everything here will be home cooked. We want La Cuisine to be a home from home, known for good quality, nice food, just like grandma used to make.

‘This has always been a dream of ours.

‘We’ve been coming to La Cuisine for years and we want to carry on what Mike and Fenner have started.

‘All the staff are staying with us, which we are thrilled about.’
