VISITORS will discover how customer queries are handled by businesses at a school’s open evening.

Officials from Sky IQ – which handles queries from BSkyB customers on behalf of the television company – will speak about the future of customer service at Portsmouth Business School on Tuesday, March 13. The event will be held from 6pm until 8pm.

Drinks and canapes will be served and business professionals will meet students and lecturers from the school, which is part of the University of Portsmouth.

Hannah Graham, head of marketing at Sky IQ, said: ‘Our aim is to help Sky engage with its customers better.’
