A BUILDERS’ merchants’ team dressed in green to raise money for the Aldingbourne Trust.

Staff at Covers in Chichester raised £332 by taking part in the charity’s Wear It Green Day.

They also served bacon rolls in return for donations from customers and colleagues.

The charity helps adults with learning disabilities through education, training and specialist care.

Manager Martyn Beck said: ‘We had a great deal of fun during the day. We would like to thank everyone who attended and helped us to raise money for such a worthy cause.’
