THE Portsmouth and South East Hampshire branch of the Federation of Small Businesses has a new vice-chairman.

Portsmouth-based Zoe Duke, of Vitalyz Exercise Ltd, has been on the FSB’s committee for more than a year.

She will deputise for current chairman Caroline Collings-Wood, founder of Stafford Rhodes Group.

Caroline and Zoe are striving to raise the profile of the branch and the role that women have in local business.
