STAFF at a care agency have worked hard to get the all-clear after failings were highlighted in an inspection.

The Care Quality Commission – the care industry watchdog – issued four warning notices to Sisterly Care Ltd, based in Emsworth Road, Havant, which provides domiciliary care.

It came after inspectors found failings in the recording of staff procedures and administering of medication to service users.

A recent follow-up inspection has found Sisterly Care is now compliant in all four areas.

Registered manager Julie Ronson said: ‘The problem was paperwork more than anything. That’s what let us down.

‘There wasn’t enough information written up which meant there was room for error and mistakes to be made.

‘We’ve had an excellent team of staff working behind us and we’ve just heard that were are now fully compliant.’

Sisterly Care provides help and support to disabled people over the age of 18 to allow them to stay in their own homes.
