SOUTHERN Water wants to hear from all of its customers in the Portsmouth area about its plans to improve its service by 2020.

The company, which is responsible for removing waste water from homes in the south, says its bills will go up by no more than inflation until then.

The company’s new Business Plan for 2015-20, which will cost £3bn to deliver, has been published for consultation.

Southern Water Director of Strategy and Regulation, Simon Oates, said: ‘We would now like to hear what people think of our plan and look forward to receiving everyone’s feedback.’
