Portsmouth property firm Garner Wood has announced a new fully-fledged addition to its surveying team.
Sau-wan Lai, who joined the company in April 2006, has passed the Assessment of Professional Competence of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has been elected as a fully qualified member of the profession.

Like colleague Rebecca Pericleous, Sau-wan Lai was trained in-house.

Commercial property consultancy in Portsmouth is a profession which supports the needs of a complex market, involving landlords, tenants, planning, development, valuation, investments and other issues.

Director Michael Wood said: 'We are very proud of Sau for her achievement of passing first time. It speaks volumes for her dedication, and reminds us as a practice that we too have the right training for the chartered surveying profession.'

There is now a team of five chartered surveyors at Garner Wood.
