Sharon Collins is running a new support group in Paulsgrove to help others reach a healthy weight.
The 38-year-old, of Crest Close, Fareham, said: 'I struggled over many years trying to control my weight with little success.
'Discovering the Slimming World programme really did change all that for me.
'I was so impressed I decided to sign up as a consultant because I want to be able to help those who have struggled in the past.'
The Paulsgrove Club meets every Monday between 7pm and 8.30pm at Paulsgrove Primary School. There are also raffles and club socials.
