Turnout: 39.7%

Independent Ed Lait proved to be the surprise package in Locks Heath, taking second place, well ahead of both the Lib Dem and Labour candidates.
But sitting councillor Ruth Godrich took a comfortable victory with a majority of more than 900. As one of three husband-and-wife teams on Fareham Borough Council, she will rejoin Cllr Mike Godrich representing the western ward.
