i can recommend the lovely food,friendly service and wonderful breakfast in the relaxing surroundings of eastney barracks,i have enjoyed many themed events and had my 50th birthday there,nothing is too much trouble.do have a try !

Where the food is cooked fresh to order and certainly not pre-prepared 'ding' food! Watch out for their special themed evenings too, Keith and his team work really hard to give diners like me, and perhaps you, a night to remember. Easy to park, relaxed atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel like a real person and at reasonable prices you just can't beat. My name should be Olivia Twist - I keep going back for more! Soo

A lovely cafe in a beautiful setting, very relaxing. The service is excellent and the staff are always cheerful and friendly. The food is freshly cooked and delicious and I can personally recommend the absolutely yummy pasta! :)

This has to be one of the best eating houses on Portsea Island, a fantastic setting to eat any meal any time of day. The food is cooked to order and it’s just like mothers cooking absolutely delicious fresh and very wholesome and very more-ish. The stylish setting of all our yesterdays, yes the good old days fifties and sixties fits well with the Royal Marines Museum of the pre and post war years and up-to modern times of the great service and warm welcome you receive from the staff. The price of the food is great value and well worth a visit.

Superb food and service in a tranquil atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble. I always have their breakfasts on a Sunday morning and their evening events are fantastic too.
