Paid for a taxi from Heathrow a day in advance. The taxi arrived late, which was fine (and the driver was very good), but the rude, unfriendly woman at the office blamed us for not letting her know that the flight arrived earlier than planned.. (it actually arrived late...) A bit of politeness/friendliness can go a long way

After being constantly let down on pre booked cabs and often being over charged by aqua I was told to give city. Wide a try glad I did cars on time polite drivers and bookings that are honoured If they are busy they tell you how long you will wait and stick to it These are the real driving force in Portsmouth well worth using

I rang up for a quote on a taxi to a wedding over in Upwaltham, a small village outside Goodwood. I was treated with incredulity that i was asking for a quote for a 50 mile journey (each way) and then asked if I was a student (im not).

Extremely rude. He seemed to pick a number out of fine air and have no interested in having, what would have been, a substantial piece of business - 2 fares of a total of £100-120.


Aquas cabs on the other hand took due care and attention in checking the addresses of the pick ups and treating me with some common courtesy with a quote. 

I won't be contacting City Wide ever again.

I use citywide after being continually let down by aquacars. They are very reliable and lower prices.

Certainly the best taxi company now left in Portsmouth. Slightly more expensive than the competition..But by far worth it for politeness and them not driving like a crazy!

Would certainly reccommend :)
