The versatile defender returned to Blues action in dramatic style for the reserves against Fulham on Tuesday night.
Almost three months to the day since damaging knee ligaments against Bolton, Pamarot capped his comeback match with a star performance.
He set up Danijel Subotic for a last-gasp winner following a surge and cross from the right flank.
More importantly, the 30-year-old completed 90 minutes to mark another crucial hurdle cleared in his fight for fitness.
Pamarot had featured 21 times this season before his Reebok Stadium injury agony.
And he's targetting the FA Cup final to add to that tally.
He said: 'I am happy to be playing again. It will be good to be back for the final.
'For me, it was very important to get through the 90 minutes in the reserves.
'Training is not the same, so it was a case of passing the test.
'I didn't feel the injury at all. I just played, it wasn't in my mind. I didn't think about it and now I feel fine.
'I have done a lot of running sessions to get fit and be involved with the team and that helped me keep going until the end against Fulham.
'I crossed the ball in and we won, but it was a team effort.
'The crucial thing, though, was to get through the 90 minutes. I can only hope to be involved in the final so that 90 minutes is important.
'It's a long time since I last played and it has been frustrating at training.
'You are training with the team but not able to join them on the weekend, just watching them on TV. It's hard.
'Now I'm back and delighted and hopefully I can push for the final.
'I don't know if I will be ready. I'm trying hard enough to think I will be involved so it's up to the manager.
'I will definitely be showing him I will be okay.
'I might be too short. Maybe I can have another game this weekend, I don't know.
'But I'm delighted to be back.'
Harry Redknapp was present at Fratton Park on Tuesday night to assess the defender's comeback.
And he is not ruling him out of his Wembley plans just yet.
The Blues boss added: 'Noe is obviously short of fitness but did okay the other night.
'Cover for our centre-halves is a problem and he would be able to provide that. We will just have to wait and see.'
Meanwhile, Pamarot has denied reports he has been lined up for a summer switch to Celtic.
He has one year of his contract remaining, but insists is happy at Fratton Park.
He added: 'I didn't know about Celtic – I learnt that when I read the papers. I'm happy here and have another year left.
'I am enjoying it here.'
