Pompey have clarified Martin Crainie's loan spell at Charlton will be for three months.
The club had initially said the temporary deal was for the season, but that is not the case.

Cranie joins Linvoy Primus at The Valley, whose three-month loan deal is expected to be finalised within the next week.

Agreed Benji, I would like to see him given a chance at least in the cups, he is a very flexible player and a good prospect judging by just about everything Ive heard

If we are buying good young internationals like Cranie and Duffy, and have an Acadamy to bring young players through, now all we need now is a manager who will play them.I hope it's not going to be like at West Ham where all the young players were sold to balance the books.Where have I heard that recently?

We Can Do It

Today's Vote

Is Tony Adams right to make changes to the Pompey side who beat Blackburn?
Adams should stick to the side that earned him his first win at Fratton Park
He should only change things around if there are injuries
If Campbell and Kranjcar are fit they should start
Davis deserves a starting role after his heroics against Blackburn
With a heavy fixture schedule coming up, changes are needed
