Super sailor Dee Caffari is to set get yet another accolade - the Freedom of the Borough of Gosport.
The recommendation will be made to the council's civic and commemorative events sub-committee on Thursday. It will then be considered by councillors.
Officers have told councillors in a report that the honour would recognise the 36-year-old's enormous maritime achievements and Gosport's history as a seafaring port.
Dee, a former PE teacher from Titchfield, also runs her business and berths her record breaking yacht Aviva in the town.
Dee has broken two records this year. She became the first woman in history to sail solo non-stop both ways around the world, and also broke the round the British Isles record last month.
She was awarded an MBE for her services to sailing in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.
