The gang, who had all been drinking, assaulted Mr Aksoy and smashed up his car with a baseball bat in Elmore Aven
ue, Lee-on-the-Solent.
Mr Aksoy suffered extensive injuries as a result of the unprovoked attack and was off work for two weeks.
A member of the public who witnessed the attack in the early hours of December 29 last year told police: 'I felt awful after what I had seen. I felt sick and very shaken.
'I feared for the safety of the man who was under attack.'
At Portsmouth Crown Court Judge Gareth Cowling branded the group's actions 'disgraceful and despicable'.
He said: 'You and everyone else needs to know that a court will not tolerate this wanton, vicious, cowardly violence on a vulnerable victim late at night.
'This was a premeditated attack.
'It is not clear who actually caused the injuries and who had the baseball bat and smashed the windscreen but it does not really matter.
'Affray in law is when two or more people use or threaten unlawful violence and the conduct of you all together has to be considered.'
Young, 19, of Elmore Avenue, Lee-on-the-Solent was sent to a young offenders' institution for six months.
Lewry, 18, and Norrish, 18, both of Elmore Avenue, were sentenced to serve nine months in a young offenders' institution.
The 16-year-old youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was given a six-month detention and training order.
As the four teenagers were taken down to the cells several of them began to cry and wave at family and friends sat in the public gallery.
Young, Norrish, and the 16-year-old boy had pleaded guilty to affray on the basis that they were part of the gang but did not use violence.
Lewry had admitted affray.
