TRIBUTES have been paid to a student and talented artist who died after falling from a cliff.
Robin Davies, 26, fell to his death after losing his footing while out walking at a beauty spot in Aberystwyth, Wales.
The 26-year-old, from Chichester, was found dead at the foot of Constitution Hill, which is 435ft high.
A rescue operation, including a lifeboat crew and RAF helicopter, had been launched but Mr Davies was pronounced dead at the scene.
Family and friends paid tribute to Mr Davies, who had been studying in the Welsh town.
A memorial site has been set up on the Gone Too Soon website in tribute to the student.
Several people have used it to pay their respects.
Mary Hobbs, who is the partner of Mr Davies' brother John, from Southbourne, said: 'Our lives changed forever when we received the call. I still can't believe you've gone.'
She added: 'You were an inspiration to me.
'You were full of life, had the ultimate free spirit and had an amazing mind.'
Mr Davies' brother John said: 'I'll never forget all the good times we had growing up together and things we did.
'You were always in my thoughts and will be in them until the day we meet again.'
