Health experts will be asking people how much they love their bones.
Love Your Bones Day on Wednesday will involve a series of sessions covering topics such as drugs for osteoporosis, diet and exercise, preventing falls, osteoporosis in men, and the role of the osteoporosis nurse.

The rheumatology department at Queen Alexandra Hospital, and the falls team for Hampshire PCT have joined forces to host the event, as part of Osteoporosis Month.

The event will be split into two halves – one for the public and the other for health professionals.

Both will take place at the Mountbatten Centre, Portsmouth, from 9am to 5pm for staff, and from 9.30am to 4pm for the public.
