VOLUNTEERS are still needed to donate a pint of the red stuff and help save lives.
The News is printing updates of donor sessions in our area as part of the Gift of Life campaign in a bid to boost blood stocks.

Here are details of upcoming sessions:

Tomorrow – Hayling Island Community Centre, Statio
n Road, 1.30pm to 3.25pm and 4.30pm to 7.15pm

Monday, July 28 – Southsea Friendship Centre, Elm Grove, 1.30pm to 3.25pm and 4.30pm to 7.15pm

Tuesday, July 29 – Lee-on-the-Solent Community Association, Twyford Drive, 1.30pm to 3.25pm and 4.30pm to 7.15pm

Thursday, July 31 – St Mary's Parish Centre, Green Road, Alverstoke, 1.30pm to 3.25pm and 4.30pm to 7.15pm

Friday, August 1 – Cosham Community Centre, Wootton Street, 1.30pm to 3.25pm and 4.30pm to 7.15pm

Monday, August 4 – Fareham United Reformed Church, Osborn Road South, 1.30pm to 3.25pm and 4.30pm to 7.15pm

Wednesday, August 6 – Thorngate Halls, Bury Road, Gosport, 10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.45pm to 4.30pm

Friday, August 8 – Demead All Saints Church, Hambledon Road, 1.30pm to 3.25pm and 4.30pm to 7.15pm

Tuesday, August 12 – Entertainments Hall, St James' Hospital, Locksway Road, Milton, 11am to 1.30pm and 3pm to 5pm

Thursday, August 14 – St Wilfrid's Parish Church Hall, Padnell Road, Cowplain, 1.30pm to 3.25pm and 4.30pm to 7.15pm

Friday, August 15 – Thorngate Halls, Bury Road, Gosport, 1.30pm to 3.25pm and 4.30pm to 7.15pm.
