THOUSANDS of employees can get their holiday vaccinations closer to their workplaces.
A new private travel health clinic is open to more than 3,700 employees at 17 companies in Langstone Technology Park, Havant.

It gives vaccinations against typhoid, diptheria, tetanus, yellow fever, polio and rabies, and it provides anti-malarial drugs and up-to-date travel health advice.

It is run by registered general nurse Di Snelgrove, who was headhunted by Fasset, the company which runs the technology park in Langstone Road, Havant.

Di said: 'This is an exciting time as we develop a comprehensive travel health and immunisation service for the people on site, as well as walk-in members of the public.

Gary Medlow, Fasset's managing director of operations, said: 'The new facility provides a convenient one-stop shop for workers. It saves them the time and hassle of having to drive to GP surgeries or similar clinics elsewhere.'
