Tomorrow (Sunday) sees the annual Bus Rally and Running Day to be held at Fort Nelson.

Nigel Appleford, the secretary of the City of Portsmouth Preserved Transport Depot, tells me there will be a display of buses at the fort.

You can get there on a free bus service from Cosham and Fareham starting at 9.45am. There will also be free trips to Southwick and the depot at Portchester.

Admission to Fort Nelson is also free so you can take that in as well. For more info please go to cppt.co.uk. Please try to support the day as these chaps give freely of their time and do a fantastic job keeping the vehicles on the road.
