Wendy Dillon was sorting through family photographs when she stumbled across both pictures taken at the home of her parents, Pat and Bill Ide.

Wendy says: ‘We had a great day with games and a fancy dress party. The Artillery Arms pub was also involved. It was run by Ron and Doreen Waight and they had a son Steven.

‘All the children received a memorial mug – I still have mine – and a great day was had by all.’
