Each firm which moved into the Acorn Business Park at North Harbour Road, Cosham, received a hamper containing a kettle or percolator, crockery, and supplies of tea and coffee – topped off with a bottle of bubbly.

Three businesses had, at the time of its opening, moved into the park – which comprised 50,000 sq ft of office space across 13 units.
