Melvyn Griffiths wonders if some of the children in this picture can shed light on the origins of this photo.

He says it was taken at Waterlooville about 1955 and he believes it features the staff outing from Duponts outfitters which he describes as ‘an upmarket clothing store in Waterlooville and Petersfield’.
