A new home down at the mill
It is all noses to the grindstone at The Old Flour Mill in Emsworth, as a 21st century business sets up home.
MindWorks Marketing has swapped its headquarters for a building twice the size but only a few metres from its previous premises.
The shift gives the 11-year-old public relations company the space it needs to cope with a growing workload for clients including the Royal Navy, Suzuki and the National Health Service.
MindWorks Marketing is also harnessing natural light and heating techniques to cut its energy bills.
Managing director John Harris-Burland said: 'We'd got to the stage where our old offices were limiting our potential to grow any further, so this new building really opens up possibilities for us and our clients.'
The new office in Queen Street is opposite the Dolphin Boatyard, in an old industrial unit.
