CELEBRITY chef Brian Turner judged a cook-off between managers from Aramark restaurants.
The event, which was held in the firm’s restaurant in Langstone Technology Park, Havant, saw the company’s managers from across the south go head to head.
It was part of Aramark’s Food Forum workshop on Tuesday, which aimed to reignite its staff’s love and passion for food.
Each of the managers were split into teams and asked to create a dish from a bag of surprise ingredients – following a similar style to Ready, Steady, Cook which Mr Turner used to be a chef for.
He said: ‘I was impressed with their efforts and focus during the task.’
