Three pink Champagnes to toast the one you love today.

Moët & Chandon Imperial Rosé (Tesco £30 from £40.99 until tonight). Made in relatively large quantities by the most recognisable Champagne name of all, this is quality wine. A pretty colour with notes of roses, strawberries and red currants, the palate has attractive ripeness and real length. Good on its own or a red fruit dessert.

Tattinger Prestige Rosé (Majestic £33.31 on offer from £50 if you mix and match 2 bottles) is quality rosé Champagne. With red fruits and a touch of creaminess, it’s elegant with crisp acidity and a long finish. Works well with seafood or smoked salmon.

Tipple of the week is Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Rosé (Tesco £18.99 from £28.49 until tonight). Great value, pretty with red fruits on the nose and a hint of blackcurrant. Easy drinking.
