We had a wonderful day last Saturday, running a Swap Shop event at the garden.

The idea was for people to bring along their excess veg and other produce and swap it for something else.

We had visitors bringing all manner of lovely items.

They then went away with bunches of beans, jars of jam or packs of vegetables.

With a treasure hunt and clay modelling for the children, some superb crafts on offer and cake too, it was a fantastic event for families.

This weekend we are at Victorious Festival on Southsea Common.

Our crafters will be there running free crafting workshops, plus Doodle Club for adults and kids.

So why not come and let your inner doodler loose.

Look out for us and our bus.

Yes, we have borrowed a bus from Portsmouth in the Community for the event.

The garden will be open as usual on Sunday from 11am-3pm.
