Our lottery-funded skillshops programme has been under way for some time with clever crafty ideas to recycle items and create unique pieces for your homes.

The recent appearance of sunshine sees the launch of our gardening skillshops.

Our first session is planned for April 5.

This is aimed at families and we will be running short workshops to teach the benefits of growing food and how to get started.

The session is child-friendly, runs for an hour and will be pitched so the children are engaged by the subject.

They will also be able to plant vegetable seeds to take away in a pot so they can grow them at home and eventually eat.

If you would like to book or attend any of the sessions we have planned over the next few months please visit southseagreenhouse.co.uk.
