The newly-re-branded and rapidly-growing sales and letting agent EweMove is welcoming new staff to its flock in Waterlooville.

With an increasing number of enquiries from buyers and tenants as well as a continued revival of the property market, Ian Charlesworth has recruited two new staff to support his growing business.

The property market in Waterlooville has shown an increase in property sales in recent months, with average house prices rising significantly since he launched the business on September 1, 2014.

Fast appearing in every town around the country, the latest recruits to the EweMove franchise are Ian’s wife, Mandy, and their friend Sadie Nijkar.

Both women will be part-time and take on the role of Property Manager.

Mandy and Sadie both added; ‘We are delighted to be part of such a growing and dynamic concern and we are looking forward to a promising future with this baa-rilliant business.

Mandy has been married to Ian for nearly 12 years and they have two children aged nine and five.

Mandy also works part time at Kingscourt School in Catherington.

She worked for 14 years for Portsmouth City Council in a residential unit for adult physical disabilities promoting independence, so has a varied and people-linked history.

Sadie has been married to Sanj for 11 years, and they’ve been landlords since 2006, having a property managed by EweMove Warterlooville since last year. Sadie is from Waterlooville and up to 2006 was a midwife.

Ian Charlesworth added; ‘Our market has shown real growth over the past few months, but also key to our success and rapid growth is our quirky brand and our extensive marketing. We make sure that our customer’s properties really do stand out from the crowd, giving them the attention they deserve. This includes providing great photographs using the expertise of local photographer, Andy Taylor (andy-taylor-photography.co.uk), 2D and 3D colour floor plans and carefully crafted marketing descriptions.

‘First and foremost, we pride ourselves on working harder than any other agent to deliver results for our clients and this is clearly reflected in an uptake in business in Waterlooville and surrounding areas.’

Setting up throughout the UK, EweMove prides itself not only on having a stand-out brand with a unique website and For Sale/To Let boards, but also on its superb customer service propositions. With a motto of ‘We’ll never fleece ewe’ and a bid to better the average house-selling time, the Waterlooville branch offers a totally ewe-nique and cast-iron guarantee to sell a home in 49 days. Equally, customers are not required to pay upfront fees or sneaky hidden charges along with a ‘No Sale – No Fee’ promise, while it’s free for a tenant to apply for a property.

According to Ian, with 95 per cent of buyers now searching online, EweMove lists properties on all major property portals, which generate 183 million buyers’ searches each month.

‘This, combined with EweMove’s Mammoth Marketing’ approach,’ he continued, ‘means that sellers and landlords’ homes get more interest, more quickly. We also operate a 24/7 service making sure that any viewing enquiry or purchase offer is not lost. Most people search for houses online when they’ve finished work, or at weekends. We get lots of enquiries during these periods, so our clients don’t miss out.’

David Laycock, Managing Director of EweMove, added: ‘We are delighted to have Mandy and Sadie on board and we wish them both every success.’
