Your Move estate agents has announced the appointment of Paul Jardine as its new Regional Managing Director (RMD) for the south-west.

The appointment comes following the departure of the previous Regional Managing Director, Bryan Mansell, who has taken on the role of Your Move RMD for London.

Paul comes to Your Move following 25 years in the property industry where he has held a number of high profile roles within other agencies. For the past five years, however, he has worked for Your Move’s parent company, LSL Property Services plc, where he became Managing Director of Templeton – the Receivership practice operating within LSL Corporate Client Department – where he was also the Joint Managing Director.

Paul also has expertise in business management and project management and has been a member of the highly respected Association of Residential Lettings Agents for an impressive 15 years.

Paul will be based in Calne, Wiltshire – covering a region from Penzance and across the country to Winchester.

Paul said: ‘I am absolutely delighted to be joining Your Move and see this as the perfect opportunity to not only build on the skills and knowledge I have gained of the property market but also draw on the expertise and clear commitment of Your Move teams across the region.

‘I am very familiar with this part of the UK having lived and worked in the area for the majority of my career and now simply want to ensure we continue to put customers at the very heart of what we do and ensure that we are firmly placed as the ‘Agent of Choice’ in this region.’

Jon Cooke, Managing Director for Your Move added: ‘I am delighted to welcome Paul to the Your Move especially following such an impressive career path. I feel confident that with his wide ranging experience and knowledge of the property market that he will be able to build on the great work achieved by Bryan – before his move to the London region – and that the south-west will continue to play a major role in the success of Your Move in the future.’
