Last Friday, Portsmouth Football Club favourite Johnny Ertl gave up his time to pull the raffle winning ticket at Cubitt & West Emsworth branch.

The lucky winner from Hayling Island is now the proud owner of a signed Pompey shirt.

Cubitt & West are raising money for two children’s charities – Hannah’s Holiday Homes Appeal and Action Medical Research for Children – and so far this year Emsworth branch alone have raised more than £4,000.

This is not the first time that Portsmouth FC have helped with raising money for these causes with Cubitt & West.

Earlier this year they gave use of The Victory Club at Fratton Park to hold the ‘Dance for a Cause’ evening and they welcomed a ‘bucket collection’ before the recent cup match against Northampton.

Cubitt & West are part of the Arun Estate group of estate agents who, in the past 10 years, have raised more than £9m for worthy causes.
