Have your say

A whopping 36 pre-school children were invited to Ben Kemp’s fourth birthday celebrations.

So it was lucky that Charlie the magical clown was on hand to keep everyone happy.

He entertained the youngsters with a magic show, arranged a ‘Hungry Caterpillar’ conga line to the dinner table and then was very naughty and tried to steal their lunch with a long-handed fork.

‘He was excellent and kept everything running smoothly which was quite an achievement with three and four-year-olds. He knew just how to pitch it and they had a lot of fun,’ says Ben’s dad Steve.

Ben, from Liss, enjoyed the fun, food and games with his pals at Liss Village Hall.

He’s pictured here with his older brother Sam and Charlie the clown.
