Families will love meeting the Easter bunny, taking part in an Easter egg hunt, getting creative with craft activities and learning more about the many of the weird and wonderful animals at Sparsholt College, Winchester.

Taking place within the college’s Animal Management Centre, the feathered and fluffy fun runs from 9.30am until 3.30pm tomorrow and Sunday.

There will also be the opportunity for young visitors to learn more about all things fluffy and furry in the Animal Encounter Sessions and the newly-born chicks and baby bunnies will be available for photographs.

Animal Management Centre deputy manager Catharine Potter says: ‘Our Animal Management Centre is home to a huge variety of animals which our students are very fortunate to work with on a day to day basis.

‘The Easter Bunny and Chick Weekend is the perfect time to open this facility up to the wider community to enjoy some springtime entertainment and meet our wonderful array of animal residents.’

There is ample free car parking and the entrance fee is £10 per family (for two adults and two children) and £5 per person thereafter. Children under the age of two are admitted for free.
