West Dean Gardens, Chichester, is hosting its annual Chilli Fiesta tomorrow and Sunday from 10.30am- 11pm.
The event is one of the UK’s original and largest chilli events and thousands of people travel from across the country to experience the spicy fun.
At the event there will be plenty of stalls selling chilli products and there will be a cookery theatre that will provide cooking displays.
Live music will feature across the weekend and there will be Latin-infused music on stage from The Jive Aces, Robin Jones and King Salsa, DJ Taz and dancers Patrick Helm and Crystal Main.
Throughout the festival there will be talks and tours in the Victorian glasshouses in the walled garden undertaken by Sarah Wain, the ‘ supervisor and West Dean’s chilli expert.
On these tours you will be able to see the 250 different varieties and learn how to grow your own.
For children there is a rock workshop with Chichetser Music Academy and a vintage steam funfair with a carousel, chair-o-plane and ferris wheel.
Admission: adults £12, children £1.
