You and your family can transform into Tudors, explore a shipwreck and enjoy Victorian stories, during Portsmouth Historic Dockyard’s family friendly Easter programme.

The activities, trails, arts and crafts run until Sunday April 15.

For the curious and adventurous, the Easter bunny has paid a visit, leaving a trail of mischief behind.

Visitors can help solve his nautical-themed clues and receive a small prize for their detective work, by taking part in the self-guided Easter egg trail tomorrow and Sunday.

Once completed, the clues reveal a hidden keyword which grants access into a free prize draw.

The family attraction has reintroduced its Big Ticket scheme, allowing visitors to explore heritage sites around the harbour for as little as £5 extra.

This includes admission to the Royal Navy Submarine Museum and Explosion! Museum of Naval Firepower, in Gosport, plus waterbus transfers.

As an extra saving, those aged under seven are now admitted into the Dockyard for free and bookings made online over the holidays receive 10 per cent off.
