YOUNGSTERS have been getting to grips with nursery rhymes at a library class.
On Tuesday, these children had a go at singing new rhymes and songs in the children’s corner of the library.
Rhymetime is held at Lee-on-the-Solent library in High Street and takes place every Tuesday at 1.30pm.
The weekly session at Lee-on-the-Solent library introduces children to rhymes and songs.
Sessions are free for children aged from six months to three years, and their parents or carers.
Similar singing sessions are held across the town.
At the Gosport Discovery Centre in High Street, babies and toddlers aged up to two years old can discover rhymes every Tuesday morning at 10am.
And at the Elson library in Chantry Road, children under five years old can enjoy stories and rhymes on Fridays at 2pm during school term time.
