When did you last go away and where did you go?

I went to Bali a friend’s wedding. It was such a wonderful trip, a very long way to go for a short space of time. The wedding was stunning, was a magical day.

What about the last theatre show you saw?

Phantom of the Opera in London at Her Majesty’s Theatre. I had wanted to see it for as long as I can remember. The theatre is small and intimate I would highly recommend it.

What’s your favorite way to relax?

Sleep, TV, tea with a couple of pretty special cookies. Or a trip to the spa or reading Vouge with a cup of liquorice tea.

What do you watch on TV?

Eastenders, Top Gear and Mr Selfridge. I can’t wait for Luther to come back. I am addicted to 24 at the moment, I’m just starting season three and absolutely love it.

Which celeb would you most like to spend a weekend with?

Sir Richard Branson (pictured). He might be able to give me some tips on how to make my first million while we hang on Necker Island.

Where do you eat out?

I always like to try out anywhere that’s new to form my own opinion. We recently ate at The Wave Maiden. Lovely venue and we even spoke to the owner who was American and very friendly. Pie and Vinyl is also somewhere I go regularly. Circolo is a great, independent pizza restaurant. Rosie’s Vineyard for beef Wellington is pretty special.

What’s your signature dish, if you’re cooking?

It probably has to be spaghetti bolognaise. I like to try new dishes all of the time. I always have my head in a cookbook or online. I love Pinterest.com for inspiration. I recently made a caramelised onion, mushroom and broccoli quinoa.

Where’s good for a day out locally?

Queen Elizabeth Country Park all year round for a big walk and, when the weather is nice, to stop and have a picnic. There are lots of different routes you can go.

And what about a day trip further afield?

Brighton or London. There is always so much to see and do in the big smoke.

Do you have any hobbies?

Ickle Bambino Baby Raves keeps me very busy. I do, however, enjoy skating. I have Bauer skates and Andrew has in-lines. I am addicted to Pinterest.com, a visual discovery tool.
