Have your say

Hi there Chipsters and welcome to today’s spook-tastic Chipper Club page!

Are you feeling gruesome ahead of Halloween tomorrow?

Check out the picture on today’s page. This blood red pumpkin was sent in by two-year-old Ella Walsh, Chipster 1965.

I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s spine-tinglingly good.

Whatever you’re doing tomorrow night I hope you enjoy yourself.

Remember to stay safe and respect the fact that not everyone wants to mark Halloween – so don’t go trick or treating where you shouldn’t and make sure a parent or adult is with you at all times.

For those of you too young to be heading out for a spot of Halloween fun, here’s my favourite spooky poem to put you in the mood.

It’s Halloween! It’s Halloween!

The moon is full and bright

And we shall see what can’t be seen

on any other night:

Skeletons and ghosts and ghouls,

Grinning goblins fighting duels,

Werewolves rising from their tombs,

Witches on their magic brooms.

Good, eh? That’s it for today my friends so until next week I’ll say chip chip for now!
