Got youngsters who are interested in cooking? Then be sure to sign up to a session with The Pantry Project at the Aspex Gallery in Portsmouth.

The cooking event is run by Sarah and Maria who, along with their team of artists and chefs, will provide sessions at the art gallery tomorrow.

There are 64 places available for the hour-and-a-half workshops that explore food and eating habits in an enjoyable way.

Children will be involved in both the creative and culinary aspects and experience taste, texture and creation of food like they never have before.

There are three workshops - soup, greens and chocolate - and in each session there will also be an animation workshop and the chance to explore the exhibit Platform.

Platform displays the new talent emerging from universities and colleges in the south east region. It aims to develop artists’ visions and provide a backdrop for their work.

Booking for The Pantry Project sessions is essential.
