WEST, Arnold - I am trying to trace my paternal grandfather, who lived in Portsmouth between 1923 – 1944 (when he died). He was a member of the Protestant Truth Society. I know he married in 1923 at the Salem Baptist Church.

I do know that my grandfather ran a small business, and was in trouble with the law for fraud. I would welcome anyone with any information on him.
