Yikes, I was shaking with nerves this week Chipsters.

No, there weren’t any ghostly goings-on in the grounds of my luxury kennel.

I was quivering with excitement rather than fright because I was about to meet one of my all-time heroes – Scooby-Doo.

The doggy detective has been a favourite of mine ever since I was a playful pup with fluffy fur and a fondness for chasing my own tail.

Okay, okay, Chipsters, you know and I know that I still do that sometimes and look very silly while I’m about it.

Anyway, meeting Scooby was a dream of mine. Just think how you would feel if you bumped into One Direction or Little Mix walking down the street and you’ll understand.

I know I’m famous but Scooby is mega-famous – an A-lister in the canine celeb world.

Well he turned out to be very down-to-earth and a lot of fun when he visited the Chipper residence. We posed for pictures and he told me all about his new show at Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre.

He’ll be appearing there with Shaggy, Fred, Velma and Daphne for an adventure from May 22-25. We all know what that means – Scooby and pals will solve a eerie mystery.

Come to think of it, it’s a good job there’s nothing spooky going on at my luxury kennel. As we all know, Scooby’s a bit of a scaredy-dog and would probably have jumped into my arms in fright!

Until next week it’s chip chip for now.
