PORTSMOUTH: Albert Road, Lawrence Road, Allaway Avenue, Commercial Road, Elm Grove, Grove Road, First Avenue, Gunwharf Road, London Road, Milton Road, Velder Avenue, New Road, Kingston Road, Palmerston Road, Unicorn Road, Edinburgh Road.
M27: Between j11 and 12, delays of up to 15 mins due to roadworks closing two lanes between 9pm and 6am. The motorway will be closed both ways between j11 and 12 from 9pm on Saturday until 9am on Sunday.
On Sunday trains from London Waterloo to Weymouth and Poole/Portsmouth will run on their normal route but will be delayed between Winchester and Eastleigh. All trains will call at Eastleigh.
Trains from Weymouth to Waterloo will be diverted between Southampton Central and Woking, calling at Fareham, Havant and Guildford.
Trains from Poole and Portsmouth will run on their normal route via Eastleigh, but will take longer.
Until midday all lines in Winchester will be closed and buses will run between Eastleigh and Basingstoke. Some extra buses will run from Basingstoke to Southampton Central
On Saturday and Sunday engineering work will take place between Barnham and West Worthing.
On Saturday trains will run between Bognor Regis and Portsmouth Harbour. Portsmouth & Southsea to Littlehampton services will run between Portsmouth & Southsea and Barnham. Buses will replace trains between Littlehampton and Barnham, calling at Ford. Additional bus services are being provided for passengers travelling to and from the Brighton v Portsmouth match. On Sunday Brighton to Portsmouth Harbour services will run between Brighton and Littlehampton only. Littlehampton to Portsmouth & Southsea services will run between Barnham and Portsmouth & Southsea. Until 9am buses will replace trains between Littlehampton and Chichester, calling at Ford and Barnham. From 9am, buses will replace trains between Littlehampton and Barnham, calling at Ford.
FIRST GREAT WESTERN
On Saturday and Sunday most First Great Western services which normally run to and from Brighton will be diverted to start and terminate at Portsmouth Harbour.
Southern services will run from Fareham to Barnham and Worthing to Brighton. Buses will run between Barnham and Worthing.
Due to the closure of Palmerston Road in Southsea, the Coastliner 700 will be diverted. It will be on the normal route as far as Duisburg Way, and then continue along Clarence Parade as far as the junction of Palmerston Road where normal route will resume.
A temporary bus stop will be on Clarence Parade just before the junction of Palmerston Road in both directions for the duration of theses road works.
Services 5 and 19 will be diverted away from Palmerston Road in Southsea during the road works.
Due to gas mains renewal taking place at the junction of Gomer Lane and Privett Road in Gosport the road will be closed to all traffic from Monday for approximately 28 days.
Services 88, 34 and 72 will be diverted.
Due to works taking place on Warsash Road in Locks Heath, between the junctions of Common Lane and Hunts Pond Road, this part of Warsash Road will be closed.
Services 80, 80A, 57A and 78C will be diverted.
Due to traffic island and pedestrian crossing works at the New Road Junction in Portsmouth, Kingston Road will be closed to all northbound traffic. Services 1, 1A, 3, 14, 40, 43 and 53 will be diverted between 9.30am and 3.30pm on Mondays through to Fridays. A normal route operates at weekends.
