COCKROFT: For many years now I have been searching for a long lost friend.

Unfortunately I have had no success. I was wondering if your readers could perhaps help me?

I am searching for Gordon and Gail Cockcroft who I knew in Tottenham, London in the 1960s.

In 1967 I moved to Ilford Essex.

When Mr. Cockcroft retired from the Armed Forces, Gail and Gordon moved with their parent to Havant where their parents managed a pub.

Unfortunately I no longer remember the name of it.

Internet searches have not given me any results and I see The News as a last chance to find my long lost school friends.

I hope that you are able to help me in some way and look forward to hearing from you.

GOUGH: I am trying to trace anyone that would remember my father Len Gough.

He lived and worked in the Portsmouth/Southhampton area for PIMCO in the mid to late 1940s.
